the tickets for the gramercy theater should still be valid at the Hammerstein ballroom, just explain your situation to them at the door. If you dont want to wait you can try contacting strange music, send them an email or call them up, they should be able to get things straightened out for you. I know it's a pain because ticketmaster doesnt do refunds. Try refunding your purchase and if that doesnt work contact strange.

if not try calling (816) 229-4700 and tell them your situation
unfortunatly you can't buy tickets for this show just yet. But Im sure it's not sold out. If they say no at the door you may have to re-buy them. Sorry for the inconveience. and thanks for the message.
where did you buy the tickets anyway? from ticketmaster? livenation? or from gramercy?

I just got the word from strange and it turns out there isnt even going to be a NY show
so it looks like your stuck with those tickets, i know it sucks
your probably going to have to pick a different show to go to, PA, CT, MA something like that.
I got VIP so i already ordered mine from strange
