I can't believe you even mentioned Lil Wayne, the dude has nothing.... I think Tech N9ne has the greatest rap ability of any rapper out there, he's number 1 for me, but i wouldn't rate him as the most poetic lyricist... that honour would probably have to go to Saul Williams, or maybe Sage Francis.

Of all the artists that i listen to, i feel Tech has the most potential to become a huge mainstream phenomena, so it confuses me when all these shitty mainstream rappers are dominating the charts with their weak flows and generic subject matter, i really feel that by now Tech should've been recognized globally... but at the same time, i'm kinda glad he's still in the underground arena cos it feels more real. What Tech makes is an underground version of mainstream music, for people like me who are disgusted by the real mainstream, but still want to be able to crank some shit that's hella club now and then.
