Personal opinion from me is that he can dish it out. Look at some of his great bass songs: T9X, Hunterish, killing you, Fan or foe, Now it's on, and so forth the listen can go on. But i also think he should Create some more Deep and frequent bass songs that will really rumble your car, or house or whatever you are listening to Tech on/in.
