disapointed fan

I am a huge tech fan been fallowing him from day one. I go c him as many times as I can every year, this summer I'm gonna catch 3 shows, 3 city's, 3 nights in a row. I have been a huge technition and play tech for everyone I meet. I even have a pool table room that is all strange music. Part of the reason I was a fan at first is cause tech loves his fans I have been collecting all albums signed and all poasters signed. I am now going to be one short the new album all 6's and 7's will not be in my collection even tho I placed my order for presale and some other items about 3 weeks ago. I don't know what happened to my order its like it disappeared. Weather it was computer or them or even me I didn't not realize it did not exhist untilled release day I logged on to c if it had been mailed. I have exchanged 3 emails begging and pleeding to let me get the preorder and I keep being told there's nothing they can do, seem pretty simple to me I buy a bunch of stuff and u grab it off the shelf and mail it to me. Regrettably this is not the first time I've had a hard time I bought a poaster before that said it was signed online from the website and when I got it it was not, I called and was told they got new computers so they couldn't look it up even tho I was saying I would send the old one back. I'm not trying to screw anyone just want what I thought was mine. I guess the whole point is that I kinda felt tech built his career around people like me and that he loves his fans witch I believe he dose but someone should tell the store people that. I feel really let down right now. I spend so much money, time, and love for my strange music crew, it just hurts. Travis "Travisty" Eads
