Sickology 101 preorder issue

I preordered the sickology 101 package the other day and for some the reason the 1st time I tried it had an issue with my card...so I tried again later and it went through fine. Then today I checked my balance and it said that it had been ordered twice. Ok so I click on the sales n support link and it comes up as "missing page". So now I have no way to cancel one of the preorders. Does anyone have a link or a # where I attempt to cancel one of the orders?
