I think the whole idea of online orders is that lynch has like an online hitman service set up basically. During the hooks you can hear him all "yeah man, it's done" and shit haha. So I'm thinking that he was hired to kill the girl you hear him attacking in the intro. Little does he know that she and himself share the same therapist so when she runs back into her house and lynch runs in guns blazing he ends up killing his therapist. That's just what I understand from it haha. 

I think in suicide watch it's an average Lynch song where he is talking about himself being psycho and all. The hook "they got me on a suicide watch" he is saying that the cops are on a stakeout because they think he is crazy and that he is going to commit suicide. Like how in the skit during it they are on the stakeout.
