In a stand up game a boxer would own an mma fighter but with both ground and stand up the mma fighter has it

I ike MMA, don't get me wrong, I just have been a long time boxing fan. I agree 100% with what you said though. My fav is probably Uriah Faber. I know he's not the best but I just like his style.

I use to love boxing. I wanted to be one for a long time, but when  UFC started gaining momentum I followed it alot more. Now when I watch boxing I get bored so easily (unless it's Pacquiao$

Boxing is so set-up now, besides the occassianl best versus best they may have every now and then, the champion is usually protected, but in MMA, its ALWAYS best versus best, besides freaks like GSP and Anderson Silva, the belt changes hands roughly every 2-3 fights, thats entertainment.

Didnt pick Frankie Edgar hes good but he is definitely overrated  in my book...

Favs:

1. Roger Huerta (I know he isnt the greatest, but his fights are always straight brawls!)

2. Anderson Silva

3. Jon Jones

You gotta respect all that GSP has done, especially cause he always beats people at their own game. But his fights are pretty boring cause he controls the whole time but never finishes.

Hate:

1. Brock Lesner (He never deserved a title shot! He had 2 pro fights, the first of which he lost and then with one win hes #1 contender??? Hes just huge and athletic. He takes his opponent down and just lays on em)

2. Roy Nelson (Fat piece of shit imo)

3. ANY BRITISH FIGHTER OTHER THAN ROSS PEARSON!!! (None of them can fight, especially wrestling, yet theyre all so fucking cocky.)
