People are just stating there opinion man.. which is pretty much what forums are about.

If your talking about mixed plate. Im sorry but it just isn't that great. Thats my opinion.
And I'd rather be honest with it then just jump on the train and pretend i like it.

Tech can do a lot better man.

I agree with that 100%. We help make these people millions of dollars so as us being regular folks we deserve the right to critique all we want. But people will never be completely happy with any artists music. Thats why they keep making music. If they make an album that is an album that you can't live without everysingle song on the album then its time to hang it up. That will never happen because no one is gonna make every song on an album something everyone in the world likes all the time. So we critiqe. Not diss or talk shit(except pimp limp) but say what we as fans who pay thousands of dollars a year with these people sometimes. We can talk all we want.

With Tech I judge a lil harder because he is clearly not an "average rapper". In other words his albums better be doper than the average album just because Tech himself says so. I will hold strange music to its word and expect dopeness.

As a person who absolutely cannot live without hiphop for one day I take pride in more than just an ipod full of gigabytes. I still actually buy cd's and I collect them. So when something is wack Im pretty pissed about the money I just wasted, when something is dope I consider my purchase equal to an expensive baseball card for the collection so to speak.
So what Im getting better be dope or else im gonna bitch,whine and moan, especially if im paying for and supporting someone's expenses and family. That is our rights as fans who spend thier money.

actually to be a good reviewer it takes a decent amount of literary knowledge and writing skill.
you could say that requires more talent than the average rapper. and i know a few reviewers that have sold over a million books. so what now?

the thing is that most people are not professional reviewers. i dont object completely to criticism. just criticism without basis. i think that if you are going to say something negative, at least have good reasons. for example, i do not like icp because to me their lyrics get really old really fast. nothing against them, they must be doing something right to get the fan basis they have, i just don't like hearing a rapper (or two, in this case) spit the same thing. that is an opinion with at least an adequate basis.
