damn, according to that tracklist, Tech is one hell of a producer too. Album cover looks nice though, but thats as far as my props are gonna go.

yeah im not in the music industry so i dont really see whats wrong with selling this?? i know you cant legally sell someone elses music FOR PROFIT... but they do clearly state in the description that the only price is to cover fees so i dunno... dont flame me im just asking lol. im sure its still illegal in someway or another but i thought id throw my hat in the ring lol

oh and heres what they say exactly:

NOTE TO EBAY AND CUSTOMERS-MIXTAPE HOLD NO COPYRITE LAWS,

THEY ARE FREE AND INTENDED FOR PROMOTIONAL USE

You're right. Obviously it's a bunch of bullshit and he's making money from it. Legally he can sell them as long as he uses that excuse.
