"Crybaby" is a complicated song. But really has nothing to do with Industry execs. Cuz he is talking about "washed up rappers" complaining about HipHop being dead, but he is also saying...quit hatin on people tryin to get money! if they are doin their thing, then you do yours. So he has to have someone or something in mind who would make him say "what you crying bout?" when he writes the song.

yea dude i mean i dont really like wayne but i hate tpain and nikki idk how to spell her name? wtf tech?...and i wonder who else is gonna be on worldwide choppers? yela is the only one i heard of so far and that is official and i think they both are gonna go hard on it

and twizzy. i fucking feel you dude.. im so dissapointed in the features.. this album could be the greatest album ever made.. but when you add 10 minutes of complete annoying bullshit to it(guesstimate on how long other people will be singing total, assuming its only a 1 disc album).. theres no chance.

 

im almost more dissapointed that tpains on the album then wayne.. tpain deserves to fucking die for how much money hes made off of autotune..

thats what im sayin...thats exactly what crybaby is about.  So in FTI, if he was hatin on other mainstream rappers, Crybaby would be a contradiction.  FTI is strictly about the execs, and he just uses the shitty artists to prove how musically retarded the execs are.  He still got nothin against the artists

i agree. i dont think that he has a grudge against them, but he has to have specific names and situations in mind when speaking on the topic. While the lyrics may be general and a little vague, Tech is not. He doesnt just say something, just to say it.

 

But really i dont even know what we are talking about anymore or if we are even on opposing sides of the argument. LOL. This thread has become very convoluted...

yea u right, i dont think artists should be defined by mainstream or underground anyway. it should simply be good or bad, which is opinion anyway so this whole subject is just irrelevent
