These types of list are bullshit, this is based of reported violent crimes. In the other words this is a list of the cities with the most snitch's hahaha

 

But honestly, you really gonna tell me L.A ain't on there? The biggest gang bang city.

Snitches tell the police who committed the crime....it's still considered a crime whether the police know who committed the crime or not.  Just because a crime was reported doesn't mean someone's snitching.

Likewise, Anchorage, Alaska, and Abilene, Texas, which are not among the cities with the most overall crime, still had the second- and third-highest rates of forcible rapes in 2009, behind No. 1 Minneapolis
