Voted Hopsin. Hope Chip Tha Ripper, Schoolboy Q, and XV make it. I imagine MGK will make it. Surprised to see bay area rappers Erk Tha Jerk and Bobby Brackins on that list, since Erk is not extremely popular out here and Brackins is known more for hooking up with random chicks from my high school.

No offense to Irv, but why would he be on the list? He hasn't really made a massive buzz for himself. Looking at social media, he only has about 7,000 likes on Facebook and under 4,500 twitter followers. I'm a fan of him, but if he ended up on the list.. Not many people would really know who he is other than those who listen to Strange.
