This shit is quite good, need 2 hear more 4 sure!!

Slow down, your panties are all ruffled. I'm not blaming my bad decisions on the system. You're talking out your neck with a statement like that. You've probably never been to California, let alone know shit about it. I never stated that the fault was on anyone else. I'm just saying that the Punishment doesn't fit the crime. Maybe the time factor of it, but everything else. There's no rehabilitation and no one is really given a chance. Unless of course you want to talk about those who go into protective custody or the very few drug programs that are offered. The recidivism rate is extremely high because there are money hungry people out there. I'm not sticking up for those knuckleheads you hear about on tv or in the news, I'm talking about the majority of the people who are locked up, the ones whose punishment is way harsher than the crime. There are little kids getting locked up everyday and getting put in with these thugs and wannabe gangsters, for minor problems, and then get caught up having to run politics or getting hurt. And running politics brings it's issues later. Once again, you don't know shit but what you see and hear on tv. Take a walk in the shoes of a fucking convict then make an opinion. I'm not glorifying that lifestyle because I put that shit behind me long ago, I'm just saying you shouldn't run your mouth about something you have no clue about.

Love how convicts always blame "the system." Never your fault is it? Always "the man" or the "system" keeping you down. I realize there are some folks who are unjust;y imprisoned but the vast majority of those incarcerated DESERVE to be there. Maybe if California didn't have such a giant crime problem, the system might be a little more fair but they are constantly dealing with all of the idiots killing, robbing, raping etc that they don't have time for intraspection. Take responsibility for your actions and quit blaming "the system."

It sounds like you're talking out of your ass. It's not that funny to be denied 15 years before your next parole date. A lot of people make mistakes in life, just not everyone is caught. Like I said, I got caught up in a bunch of shit and did quite a bit of time but people learn and deserve a second chance. California has a horrible system going on where the people locked up are getting fucked over. You can sit there and sound like an idiot while you laugh about a very serious matter, or you can shut the fuck up. The penal system is a huge problem all around. It's system is just as corrupt as our governments. I'm done for now, but I can drop some more facts on your assuming ass later. Smfh Or maybe when you've seen someone get denied 15 years we can talk.

You may not know how the California system works, but I can tell you the he won't be paroling early. California has a hard time letting people go early, especially with a wrap like Raideds. For the people fighting life in California, they just passed a law where they can deny lifers 2 years, 5 years, or 15 years. They're fucking people over in the penal system, best of luck to him though. I had the pleasure of being in Old Folsom and having that dude across the street in New Folsom.

I understand what you are saying and respect your opinion but the fact remains that if you don't do the crime you won't be subjected to the penalty be it fair or unfair. I completely agree that the justice system is flawed. Murderers get 6 years while drug charges get 20 plus. I am in complete agreement that an overhaul is necessary but also agree that if you abide by the law (for the most part) you aren't subjected to that kind of injustice.

More than 70% of the people in prison are in there for drug related crimes. Of all of the people in prison about 98-99% will get out of prison within their life time, and what will they do? There are very few businesses that will hire them, and some states will not even allow them to vote when they are released. We treat these people as sub-human. This idea that our society has projected on these inmates, is what cause the recidivism. They internalize themselves are these awful people. Forced to work awful jobs, if they can even get a job, with low wages, it is hard to stray from the deviant past. In lots of cases they just made a bad mistake. There should be vocational help in prison (where they are not paid a few cents to the dollar), where inmates can train themselves in jobs that they can prosper in once they are released. Our current prison system is problematic and the prison population is increasing. There are a few individuals who are truly "bad" people and they should be locked up, but if they reform themselves and reflect on the wrong doings they have done to others, I believe they should have another chance at life on the outside of prison, where they can assimilate into society once again and provide for our society.
well i know nothing was for sure about X getin out soon but i thought it would be very interesting where music would go if he was out. collabos and what not. for lots who didnt know yes X was responsible for "putin sac on the map for that pscho rap shit" in my eyes hes not a legend but a very amazing rapper that not alot know of. its to bad the best ones always go away either by death or jail. maby it was for the best.

Tech N9ne Speaks On R.A. The Rugged Man, ‘Holla-Loo-Yuh’, Not Giving A F*ck [VIDEO]

When it comes to emcees other than Tech N9ne that are quick-spitting, hyper-intricate, and actually have something to say, it’s pretty much impossible to leave R.A.
