Permalink Reply by Chief on February 1, 2013 at 6:31pm I don't think all his material is stupid as fuck. Just this cannibalism serial killer bullshit, and him pretending hes a movie writer.

Permalink Reply by Charles Weis on February 1, 2013 at 8:00pm I love a lot of Lynch's material (both pre-Strange and Strange Lynch) and I think this mixtape is easily better than Mannibalector.

Permalink Reply by Callum on February 2, 2013 at 6:09am Hopefully he says something about when the hard copys will be released?
Permalink Reply by iAMuSIK on February 2, 2013 at 8:01am I have only listened to this mixtape once through and wasn't to impressed, most of the songs i liked were ones which were already released but not on a album. Wrekonize is still a kick ass rapper and maybe this mixtape will grow on me, but right now im swaying more towards Manniblelector.
Permalink Reply by Sean Schipper on February 2, 2013 at 11:00am Pretty dope so far. Ive listened a few times through at work, but couldnt focus on it too much. Im sure Ill have to go in depth with it later.

Some tracks were previously available but there's at least 11 tracks that are brand new as well as updated versions of "One Too Many" and "Look At Me Now".
Green Funyuns, Pain and Leo Getz are standouts from the "never heard before" category while Goldie and Mayday & Chardonay continue to impress despite being out for some time.
Did I mention it IS FREE!!!? So no excuse, download that shit. There will be pressed copies for sale when he releases the full trilogy in limited quantities but he hasn't let slip when that's going online...
Permalink Reply by neptunebastard on February 2, 2013 at 12:09pm I try not to build expectations, that way I can't be let down...it was FREE and it wasn't on my radar until Wrek told me about it so why complain? Sure I already had almost half of the music previously but for me the free download is worth the handful of new tracks I'd never heard and for every track that isn't an instant classic, there are two that are...but that's just my opinion,
As far as Bernz, Bernz is awesome, he's looked over by alot of people but Bernz is the shit, I think sometimes he does that on purpose, he has this lazy flow where he joins words together and runs his line as like one big long word with no break, sometimes he gets some latin/mexican twang in there too, the gypsy flow so I think that's when he might be harder to understand, when he doesn't enunciate and instead purposefully tries to sound "cool"...or he was just stoned on that take...

I wasn't that impressed with this mixtape. It's really good but I was expecting more. I'd like to hear more story telling from Wrek. Does anyone else have trouble understanding Bernz? It's like he isn't speaking loud enough on tracks.
Permalink Reply by matt meyer on February 2, 2013 at 11:40pm i think the opinions of the mixtape probably depends how you feel about the tracks on there that were already released.
If you see them more like singles from an album, i think you'll appreciate the project more.
I look at it like this, imagine if you had never heard mighty healthy, look at me now, goldie, Mayday & Chardonnay. start it up, one too many, good good night, or don't stop the music. If I had never heard those songs before and then listened to this all the way through, this would be a fucking life changing mixtape. those are some great tracks.
