I would, just because i wanna see this "Change" continue.

Look im not into politics or anything. But it is nice to see how far we'v come from Bush. (Both)

I mean were still at War, But "its better were over there kickn ass in there backyard, then them thinking about hoping the fince again and fighting us in ours". Quoted by my older brother In the US Army. Thinking like that, keeps me strong back home. So while there making the diffrence, its on us to make the change.

Idk, But i Pray and Hope that something big will come out of this. and im Anti' War, More like a Hippie id say. Keep the Change Going. Quoted by me

obama is the biggest joke of a president, that man is ruining this country, not upholding its values, and doing exactly what everyone expected, NOTHING.

i will NOT be voting for obama, and you can keep your change.
ur one STUPID FUCKER.
BROKE THE CONSTITUTION? Fox News worthy...
I don't like Obama, but he never ignored the Constitution. smh
Communists? COMMUNISTS? JESUS FUCKING CHRIST. i want to laugh at ignorance like this, but i realize people who think this shit can vote. HOW IS HE A COMMUNIST??? He moved the spectrum from Bush's INSANE position on the right a couple inches to the left.
Tell me how he's a communist. If you tell me healthcare, i will fucking prepare a casket

this is awesome. I thought everyone on here would be all over obamas cock and balls! I didnt vote for obama and i wont next time. he's made no positive "Change"s for our country. All he's doing is ignoring the constitution that this country was built on and taking us on the fast track to being communists!
McCain's policies are shit. I liked Obama better than McCain because Obama's policies appealed to me.
McCain thinks homeless people shouldn't even vote. He doesn't understand the mechanics of the economy. He wanted to stay in Iraq, knowing full well the costs of it, so he can get his rich corporate friends more money.
I can go on and on, but i'm justing saying this:
Republicans are a party consisting of MANY sellouts. they don't care about policy. They just want money from big industries and are full of crap. wake up to THAT.
and no i don't support Obama. I support REAL progressives

Im with ya there. All my friends totally got sucked in while I voted for McCain. One day I was walking across campus by the Student Union and this guy handing out Obama flyers gave me one. I looked at it, then threw it away at the nearest trash can. The guy saw me and yelled out "racist". Like really dude? lol

But hes our savior! Hes going to save our economy, end our wars, end poverty, bridge the gap between the races, and usher us into a new world of peace! Whatever happened to those cries? Oh yeah, people woke the fuck up and realized that they should have voted for McCain like the rest of us who voted with our heads instead of listening to that idealistic crap. No hate to yall but I knew 90% of what Obama said would not even come close to happening and it killed me to see people eat it up.
Might as well named this thread "a tie a's liberal-ass stomping ground"
Honestly... im not a fan of any politician.
But its hard to put the failure of our country on one persons shoulders.

Our government is no longer in charge of the banking systems, one guy owns and manages the gold & money in the states. So those cash for gold scams are bullshit incase anyone missed that.

Im only 20 but seriously all i notice now is how damn expensive everything is, sure inflation would only be natural but its gotten hella crazy

Our military has dropped huge amounts of cash into researching new warfare technologies. And guess what, after developing, creating and producing unmanned aircraft that have never even been used and have specs off the charts we put them aside and dump more dough into building something bigger and better. I just dont see how any of this is so necessary.
Financially, society has fucked itself. Morally.... there are no words.

all of this is my opinion obviously but i find it hard to vote for anyone because no matter what they say theyll do, realistically it hard to believe
thanks for the intelligent response

LOL how was that unintelligent? weve made it clear that you manage to turn almost every thread you post on into an anti Fox News, anti republican, and pro your opinion discussion. you are in the far far left of the spectrum. thanks for the intelligent response.

because people are calling him a communist. people are saying 'yep, he won coz he's black' and other simplistic nonsense. and i'm on the far left? maybe i'm far left in the spectrum in Washington, but my opinions aren't far left in the U.S population.
Majority of people don't support Iraqi and Afghan wars
Majority of people wanted a public option for healthcare
I can give u articles about Republicans cashing in corporate money. i'm not going to bitch about policies if u really believe them, even if i disagree. i'm going to bitch about politicians that make the decisions that shape our country and follow double-standards and corruption.
and if u REALLY believe Fox News is news, then i can't change ur opinion. because honestly, i only watch that bs as entertainment, not for information. but hey if u want to watch these clowns like Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, O'Reilly and the whole crew, it's ur own intelligence ur putting down the shitter.

I knew Obama being president wasnt gonna change anything. Voting is just a waste of time!!! Until we have a canidate whos comitted to helping people instead of making a quick buck, we will continue to go down the same road.
Dennis Kucinich. Alan Grayson. Ron Paul (though i don't agree with him)

Dennis Kucinich ran. i would have voted, but i was 16 then =/ and i guess he lost his chance in the debate when the ass hole mediator broght up the time when Kucinich said he saw a UFO (which i have no problem with, but people will think he's insane or some shit).
and ya, Obama is better than McCain, so i'll vote for the guy who won't fuck up stuff even more.
Ya McCain knew more about military, but as a politician he doesn't care about the war, there are incentives to continue the war.
and ya i agree the war is affecting our country majorly. it made our debt increase by billions, if not trillions, and we caused the deaths of probably over a million people, injuring more and leaving shit behind that causes mutations on children.
Not to mention the U.S lives lost.
i dunno how u see the wars but those are some of my thoughts on it

Ice Cold said:
So your stance is Obama sucks and McCain sucks but just slightly more? There really werent any more choices during the election you know. And Obama may have screamed that he was pulling troops out but theyre still there. If Cain was voted in, they probably would be in the same amount of time anyways. The big difference between what they said about the war is that Cain actually served in the military, knew what he was talking about, made a plan based on what he knew, and would have implemented the plan. It is pretty obvious that Obama does not know nearly as much aboutthe military as McCain and was basing his decisions on popular thoughts instead of the facts. For me, the war is the most important thing affecting our country and I personally do not trust a commander in chief to run and give orders to our military when they have never served. I know some people may think that is stupid but I grew up around the military and its a different lifestyle and mindset.
