Wow and he actually said he was going to do all this during his campaign and some of you ppl act like he hasnt made good on any of his huge campaign promises. Oh yeah it was all done in about 2 years and 3 of those 4 things affected me directly but we still have almost two years to go before the end of his term.
Its still to early to cast a final choice before all the options are layed out. Did some of you poor and under privileged hard working citizens actually expect things to turn around completely after 2 years? If you did then I must say that crack is one hell of a drug!
The mess that this dude inherited was one of the worst in US history. We can all sit here and watch fox,cnn or any other major media outlet for info like everyone else or you can actually do the footwork and research yourselves and figure out exactly how all these new laws ,bills and elections directly affect you and yours.

You want to talk about fair. How about everyone pays a 20% tax on everything. Then the top 1% would pay for 1 percent and the bottom 95% would pay for 95 % of the taxes. Why don't you got to the welfare line and ask each individual what they have done to help themselves. I don't mind handouts but they need to be foodstamps. And clothing stamps. Not some check that some selfish asshole takes to buy drugs with.

and what i was saying about inheritence is that rich kids can inherit their parents' shit and be rich and not worry about anything, whereas these 'greedy' people on welfare are only getting enough for them to live. you really think that that's what these people in welfare are trying to do? i wasn't saying they deserve to keep their millions (COZ THEY EVEN HAVE A MILLION DOLLARS IN THE BANK). and in these economic times, increasing taxes is the only thing to stimulate our economy, and we can't just beat down the middle class who are already burdened when the rich are only getting richer and paying less, while having unused surpluses.

I was wrong for the follow up but I still stand by what I said. Ever since I moved in the burbs thats when I started getting called "beaner, wetback, spick" so on and so on. These r the same people who call me for work and dont let me in the front door when I show up, the same people who shake their heads when they drive by, the same people who put me in handcuffs outside of customers homes because of reports of break-ins in the neighborhood. I travel all over to all neighborhoods due to my work so I am able to compare the differences on a day to day basis. Only in 2 distinct areas do people still act like this(here its Parker and H. Ranch) and thats it. NOBODY ANYWHERE else has the same attitude as they do in the upper middle class. Now on that note not all people act like that so I apologize for grouping ya'll in the same group but its very very few out of many. My "beloved" party def has its faults but the actions of folks who support the ideals of Palin, Glen Beck, an Bill O'Riley are disgusting. Besides, those mentioned all work for Fox News who is financially supported by the same dude who wants to build the "terrorist mosque" and has donated to Al 'Quida and other anti-american terrorist groups. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated. If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people and the businesses they own. The irony is that the Congress doesn’t have any authority to legislate in most of those areas to begin with. I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
This legislation also provides for access by the appointees of the Obama administration of all of your personal healthcare information, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a direct violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendments may provide.
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance or if you have private insurance that is not deemed “acceptable” to the “Health Choices Administrator” appointed by Obama there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a “tax” instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However, that doesn’t work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax, it is definitely depriving someone of property without the “due process of law.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much out the original ten in the Bill of Rights that are effectively nullified by this law. It doesn’t stop there though. The 9th Amendment that provides: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;” The 10th Amendment states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.
