i thought he said my grandmothers name is MAUD YATES....YATES.. and nelly's fam or someone has the same last name..yaw gotta just assume sometimes.. like when eminem said the same type of thing about someone.. about his last name was of someones. why u aint called me is to jay z and others about why they sayin his music good but then not callin. like jay z heard tech n9ne because of benie sigal and jay was like yea this is good. but then thats all it was..nothing more.. no hittin him up for a song tour..ect. i think the same wit ludacris..so its like fam u aint seen.. WHY U AINT CALLED ME..

naw, he definatly doesnt say "yates" look at the rhyme scheme: name/name/Pain/...Yates? naw thats not how tech n9ne rhymes, hes very consistent

I think I might have a idea on this one.Back when Nelly made #1 he had a line that said one on one you couldn't if your last name was Haynes and the only way you can wear me out is stitch my name on your pants you remember that.I think Tech is making a referance to that in some way.
