Just curious why eveyone is so quick to say fuck ICP?

And for those who dislike them, how much of their music have you actually listened to?

It seems like a lot of people just jump on the fuck ICP bandwagon without having heard them.

Sure some of their stuff can be considered sub par, but they have some really good tracks.

Tech N9ne (real name: Aaron Yates) issued his debut album, "The Calm Before the Storm," in 1999. Following the release of "Anghellic" in 2001, he noticed fans in his audience decked out in apparel he didn't recognize, with logos of a man running with a hatchet.

Turns out they were Juggalos, the devoted fans of Detroit rap duo Insane Clown Posse. They took to Tech and championed him as their own — it probably didn't hurt that Tech is known for painting his face, as well — and Tech has been down with the clown ever since. He has performed at several Gathering of the Juggalosfestivals, and will perform again at this summer's.

"They welcomed me into their world, and they didn't have to," Tech says of the Juggalos and ICP, with whom he toured with in 2003. He even calls himself ICP's "wicked prodigy." "I'll never forget what the Juggalos and Juggalettes have done for me."

ENOUGH SAID STRAIGHT FROM TECH NI9E
