Tech is fast.......Lil wayne is slow
Tech stays on beat and actually creates a beat with his words....... Lil wayne can't stay on beat
Tech has a deeper meaning in his songs.... Lil brain wayne is shallow in all songs
Tech has sick lyrics consistently..... Lil gay rarely has a good line he just decides to laugh in his songs
Tech always has a deep hook with loads on melancholy..... Lil wayne...? nope
Tech has a fan base with cult-like dedication to his music and his message...... Lil wayne does not
Tech is creative, everchanging with his lyrics and sound..... I have more creativity in my terds than lil wayne has in his music.
Tech evokes loads emotions in most of his songs..... Lil wayne not so much
Lil Wayne still the "greatest rapper alive"? I'll bet he'd lose to Colt Ford in a rap battle and that's sayin somethin. He ain't got shit
Tech's got a flow comparable to Ludacirs, the speed of Busta Rhymes, creative lyrics paired with the right bass, beats, melody, message, and featured artists that literally MINDFUCKS a man.

If you don't understand why Tech would collab with Wayne, it's not even worth explaining.
Permalink Reply by SuBLiMiNaL G on March 6, 2012 at 4:11pm hahahaha aight dawg that's gettin a lil harsh on the kid. but lemme sum this up to you sir, mista wanna be choppa, in the quickest way possible. lil wayne did have some pretty bangin shit back in the day and there's no doubt that he is one of the biggest names in the "mainstream" game today. So, collaborating with him only boosted Tech's publicity through the roof and to the stars! Look at the jump in Tech's fan base since 6's & 7's hit the market and that's because Tech still kept it real and strange but also incorperated a lot of big names into his songs too. In my opinion, Tech is better than all of them so really all that did was give us a solid comparison of styles and flows. And to the people that bitch about Tech doin a track on the Charter IV cuz they hatin on wayne n shit, take this into consideration. If you listen to the song Interlude very carefully, at about sixteen seconds you will hear Wayne's only line which is "Uuh" immediately followed by that rapid Tech N9ne spit which is eventually complimented by the laid back yet intricate flows and lyrics of Andre 3000's verse. And as far as "Fuck Food" goes, I have mad respect for Tech for doing that song because he reached out to Wayne while he was 'locked up' to discuss the collab. Thats about as real as real gets in todays industry. There are a lot of rappers that I don't like anymore or never did because their shit bores me.. maybe Tech N9ne has just conditioned me to have too high of standards.

Permalink Reply by DJ MAS MAJISHUN on March 6, 2012 at 9:09pm i agree that wayne is not at techs caliber and he is very repetative, but he does have alot of creative lines he just recycles alot of shit and rewords it, and 2 more things...... tech is a better lyricist then both luda and busta, and he is faster then both of them..... bustas fast flow is alot of " goin and flowin and blowin and showin and knowin"...... not at all that creative in speed... Tech spits bigger words uses more multi-syllable rhymes, and uses more inner bar multi's......... both luda and busta are ill rappers but tech has them beat hands down, in presentation, lyrical content, speed, rhyme scheme and meaning........ other than that the thread is on point

Permalink Reply by ֆӄʐ ♔ on March 6, 2012 at 9:30pm Lil Wayne wanted Tech on HIS song, then while talking to Wayne about it, he said "I've got a song for you if you want on it." Meaning, thanks for the collab offer get on my album and we will trade verses. So instead of Lil Wayne paying Tech 20,000 to get on C4 and Tech paying 500,000 to get wayne on A6A7, they traded. Who benefited the most? Tech. Money is money, get it however you gotta. Tech got a major publicity boost for free. And I think everybody knows I'm the biggest Wayne hater here and believe he should be suffocated with a plastic bag.
