Yes, he is the best, there was once a day where i did not know who he was either, back in 1999 when i seen him on BET on a sway and king tech video, and when his verse came up, i was blown away, and was an instant fan, i had nothing to go but that verse till "Anghellic" came out, then as the internet progressed, i was able to dig up "The Worst", "The Worst 2k edtn.', "The Calm Before The Storm, and the controversial "Celcius", albums, and damn, there is no body like him, yeah speed wise, you got Twista and Bone Thugs, but the style was just so unique and clean, and just timeless, the best rapper ever, although i wish Tech all the success in the world, im kind of glad he's more on the underground level so his fan base isnt tarnished by fake phony pop listenin bubble gum music listenin' lil followers who only listen to "whats hot" by radio standards.
