I would have to say, Tech N9ne is the best rapper and not just because this is his site. My answer is based on raw talent alone. I'm not sure if this is gerneralized question or if it is strictly aimed towards Strange Music rappers. Either way, Tech is savage and is the king of both sides of that question. His style is so unique and his songs are so sickly writen, it's hard to compete with originality of his kind.

Aye...don't hate me for my answers but...tech is the best when it come to the stage show. He's absolutely my favorite. But as far as rapping goes pac was the best in his day and for right now pac is still up there as one of the best. But living right now, the best overall I think, is jay-z...his albums are classic, he never falls off, or changes his style. For example, Eminem woulda been the greatest if he didn't change up the way he used to rap. But hip hop fans have to consider everything involved with hip hop...including shows, freestyles, criteria, ect. for those who really know royce da 5'9" music, I think royce is better than tech.royce got the metaphores and freestyles on lock and he is fuckin sick as fuck. Only reason why I think hov is better than royce is cuz if him and royce battled, jay would win. But if tech and royce battled...royce got tech beat, definately. I mean...tech don't even freestyle, and that's ok...he aint got to. A quote from tech "freestyle I admire, but every week you givin out fire". So its obvious tech is not for freestyling what-so-ever. so basically I'm sayin it goes jay-z, royce then tech. And for those whp said kottonmouth kings...WOW! I understand that you really like 'em and all but DAYUM! Recognize talent please. There's a difference between your favorites and the best which is the question...who is the BEST rapper. Are you fuckin serious? KMK??? Even my homeboy, who's a fan of them and he's from where they from in cali, says they suck talent wise. sayin that KMK is the best should be a fuckin disgrace to all the great rappers.
