That quote doesn't apply to this at all. Jobs said that about people who aren't afraid to try new things and "Think Different" likes Apple's slogan at the time. He wasn't referring to people who are actually crazy. "People who break the rules" means people who want to break defined boundaries. Completely irrelevant.
