the whole story was in some interview, i think it was that long district n9ne podcast interview but im too lazy to listen to the whole thing to find it. i think it was something like tech got the beat, and then he heard this song and decided not to use the beat since rihanna beat him to it or something

well in the interview if i remember correctly he basically said he would only make the song to that beat, and since that beat was taken he scrapped the song
