either a penny or a dime, im not really sure, but does anybody know what I should do? am I gona be ok?

well i fucking hate trying to dig out spare change from my pocket...and i dont want to just throw it on the ground so i put it in my mouth, which then makes it much easier to put in my change cup in my car. lol. still havnt taken a shit yet today tho inspite of munching on fiber 1 pills.
