What do I do if I swallowed a coin?
either a penny or a dime, im not really sure, but does anybody know what I should do? am I gona be ok?

And swallowing a coin is just like eating food. It is going to take the same journey. By the way, people try to be sanitary around food but Ive had change fall out of my pocket while Ive been taking a shit in a McDonalds bathroom, finished wiping my ass, picked it up, then used it to pay for my food. So think about that next time you put change in your mouth.
