Twista raps faster, Tech N9ne has better songs. Speed doesn't make a song good, hell these days Twista gets so lazy he just cheats by using computers to speed up his rap.

Twista does rap faster but Tech's rhymes are more complex. I think if Tech wrote simpler rhymes and actually just tryed rapping as fast as he could he could probably be one of the fastest but that's not how Tech raps. Tech has a rapid delivery.

if you write more wordy raps like tech your gunna be a bit slower but in twistas fast raps his shit is very repetative or w.e if you listen to twista songs where he actually uses bigger words an more words than ones that pop off real good with syllables hes slower then tech is when he does it an thats wut it is

im commin from a stand point where i write fast rhymes. an some words come off quick and alotta rappers who spit quick use those words to make shit seem faster but when you spit fast an put meaning into it you use a more syllable style like da-ba-da-da-ba-da-da-ba-da-da an thats wut tech uses alot cuz it quick an allows ya ta spit real meaningful shit without havin ta focus on speed even tho to alot its still quick as fuck which it is
