It's just my opinion.

Im so sick of everyone talking shit about wayne and ymcmb, we know u dont like them but be serious, not everyone on the label or in mainstream music for that matter is as shitty as 95% of the people on this site think they are.

It's called being a "Hip-Hop Hipster". A catergory 95% of the people on this site fit into.

this is probably the only post worth reading on this thread lol... Twista sign to YM... big fucking deal.. hes only done features for the past couple years, nothing of relavance... and i could care less who hes signed with... anything that him and tech do together is fire cause they know each of them has to bring it on those tracks.

Maybe he'll put out a nationally relevant album with tech on it

i think twista made his mark and would be himself no matter who he is signed to just disagree with the young money shit i know they get money but they just in the moment like when 50 cent and g unit was out were the fuck they at now???? just my opinion on shit think twista better think real hard gna be goin from some old school mob shit like mob up to some yolo lol

Woah, I didn't realize rappers have to dress in a specific way in order to be considered a rapper.

I think if Twista wants to make a lot of money and reach a larger crowd than normal he made the right move. Just like Busta. Like it or not Lil Wayne sells, as do the other artists on YM. I don't like Wayne, but I like Busta and Twista and I respect the move.

In regards to money and promotion, this is a good move for any artists. Being on a label with Lil Wayne, Nicki, Drake, Tyga, and Busta (IDK who's all on it, I just know these names) will get you a lot of attention. Obviously, they get top tier sales whether their product is top tier or not.

In regards to quality material, working with people who can be creative, who can push the envelope, this isn't such a good move. BUT, not all rappers are concerned with these sort of things.

We're just spoiled with the artists from Strange Music and forget that some (see most) rappers are in it mainly for the fame and income.

Busta, Mystikal, Limp Bizkit, now this....seems like theyre just trying to buy the game....damn the dollar bill
