Its only illegal to fake your death if you stop paying taxes.....if someone continued to pay his taxes for him, then he can come back whenever he wants to.

well i think the media would've caught wind if pac's taxes were to still be paid, espeically since their are "Pac" experts who research this shit non-stop

I think that would be one of the first place a tupac conspiricy theorist would go to now a days if they believed he faked his death
EIDT: some researchers are obessesed w/ the tupac murders and continue to research it, information like this would have been found by now and it wouldn't have gone un-noticed this long if it were happening

Yea that is definitely Tupac there is no way around it. I have listened to enough Tupac to distinguish his voice. It doesn't sound like Tha Realest AKA Tenkamenin The Vigilante or Blac Haze. For those that don't know these two guys are rappers that everyone swears up and down Pac has came back as. If you were a die hard Pac fan you can tell the slight difference in voice and style. So either someone has done one hell of a editing job or it is really Tupac.
