He is not. He's just down with them. But he has said fuck any one who has a problem with juggalos because they apart of the tech fam. But flat out not a juggalo. he's just tech. Always has been always will be just tech.

From what i know tech is not a juggalo, he's only done few songs with that i know of, anways he's more down with the kottonmouth kings every new cd they bring out these days always featuring tech n9ne, tour with suburban noize quite frequently

I honestly couldnt give toshits and a fuck. I know inan interview i saw he says that he feels close enough to juggalos to represent juggalos. And i personally think he may consider himself one but doesnt broadcast it cuz he doesnt have time for the hate and stupidity that comes towards it. Im the same way. All that talk of hatchets and killing people isnt my steez, i just do my own thing. I think he does the same *shrugs*
