Permalink Reply by BipolarStoner on March 26, 2012 at 6:48pm Two very important things regarding this album that I think that Strange Music should address.
1. Extremely low promotion, (besides the tour) I think that yall are sleeping on a gold mine here and should spend some money to get this shit exposed to average joe. Many songs on this album can be played on any rock or rap station nationwide. This might be a knee-jerk reaction to it beeing so new, but I this this is album of the year material. Which leads me to my second point.
2. Not a single Best Buy in the greater Houston area has, or is getting this album. The fourth largest city in the nation and nobody knows who the fuck Mayday is. And trust me this city is begging for a new hip-hop sound.
Permalink Reply by Mark on March 26, 2012 at 6:59pm strange can only go so far promotion wise. THey really on their streat teams to put up posters and such they also bougth advertisement space on the majore hip-hop websites. I agree with you on album of the year material shits crazy

Permalink Reply by Charles Weis on March 26, 2012 at 7:15pm I agree with Bipolar Stoner that a large amount of the album has potential to be singles, which I think is a good thing in the sense that so much of the album is top quality they could promote just about anything off of it.
Permalink Reply by JetblacK on March 26, 2012 at 7:19pm The best buy near me didn't have it either so I had to get it at FYE where there was only one copy and I had to search for it because it was hidden under a couple other artists
