When I first listened to it I only got to play it one time straight through, and really quiet because I was in school and couldn't afford to get busted. I came home, listened to it about fifty times, and I fucking love it. I like the slowness to it, and how relaxed it is, yet still meaningful. It's a great song, and my expectations of Strangeland are being met so far.
It's actually funny cuz Tech's verse is my least favorite part of the song hah. I just feel like Mayday! killed it on the production, lyrics, vocals, the concept itself 'n everything. It's def made me earn so much respect for them 'n now I'll def be picking up their album when it comes out. If they bring this caliber on Klusterfuck and on their project, well then shit.... still love Tech's part though, 'n even though they touch on different subjects, as a whole the song still comes together really well I feel. I think I can honestly say this is already in my top 10 favorite songs by Tech, 'n I don't mean to sound like a dick rider or anything but I'm just sayin', from an art aspect, I feel like this is just musically light years ahead of everything being done in hip-hop (with the exception of someone like Kanye or something) 'n even what Tech usually puts forth, mostly in thanks to Mayday! Only time will tell if this goes down as a "classic" Tech joint or not.
