So ummmm I hope everyone on this site by now has K.O.D.album. Hopefully u bought it. For those that bought is ur a Technician for real and for those who downloaded it ..... ur a fraud... Anyways bacc on subject. I can listen to every song on that cd. Its a slapper .... hands down. The song Horns is a good song. Tech kills it and Prozac came just as hard as he did on Peek-A-Boo wit Kaliko but King Gordy kinda tripped me out. I understand being atheist or just not having faith... but DAMN!!!!!! Yeah Show me a God could I GUESS be taken as "bad" but his lyrics are more searching for answers and displaying his doubts. Hey if Jesus can do it so can he... but this mu fucca Gordy went off saying the craziest and probably most controversial 16 I've heard...... well ever. So i guess my question is is there a line that shouldn't be crossed when it comes to music, religion and free speech?

FUCK KING GORDY! HE'S A BITCH AS MOFO.
I have seen this post a few times and have never really given my opinion on it. If he was going for shock value, he got it hands down, I was in my car the first time I heard the verse and I think I almost wrecked lol. So first of all I don't really believe in jesus, but I do think there is a small chance that he does exist and is the son of god, thats just my agnostic view of religion. But if their is no jesus and he never existed, the verse doesn't even matter. Their are a lot of people who believe that their religion is without a doubt the absolute right one. For instance nobody in the middle east would be offended by this verse, but if gordy said he was in the desert sands of fallujah trying to get muhammed and allaa to molest a camel those rag heads would be going apeshit.
agreed

yeah i agree, people are acting like hes killed someone, its only because its possibly your religion hes talking about thats got you so mad. yeah sure thats understandable, but damn its king gordy, what do you expect. its my religion hes talking about but im not gona cry about it i think he has good flow and everything rhymed sooooooo.. if tech thought it was over the top he wouldnt have used it. cmon now lol just skip it if it scares you.

Shit. People said worse things about Muhammad after 9/11. If it hurts your feelings, hit the skip button. Nobodys making you listen to the song.
You shouldve read all the threads covering this subject when the album leaked. It was fuckin hilarious. The album is dope and every time Gordy's verse is about to come on i skip over the damn thing cause that verse ruined the song for me.I hate that verse!!!As far as drawing the line i dont think its any worse than some of these crazy horror movies that come out,But personally i hold my music to a higher standard than i do my movies. It all comes down ones personal morals and beliefs. And personally I cant stomach the shit gordy dropped. Its too much for me but other ppl thought it was funny.Im all for freedom of speech though. So there is some stuff i choose not to listen to like gordy's attention loving ass.
SHIT I STARTED A THRED WHEN THE CD DROPED ON HOW MUCH I LOVED KING GORDYS VERSE I TURN IT UP LOADER SO PEOPLE CAN HEAR THAT SHIT.ONE MY FAV VERSES ON THE WHOLE CD.
Well ummmmm okay lol. I wont argue with u. Internet sure does give people balls all the sudden.
