They are CHILDREN !! They learn by copying and imitating. We human learn by copying what we see around us. And if parents act as if it's normal to walk around singin' "When people say fuck me, everybody say fuck you" or whatever, he will think it's normal to say that.

do you plan on making your children so weak minded that they will do and copy everything they hear or see?

there are going to be alot of things my son is gonna do that i cannot stop. but if i go around trying to shelter him from everything then he is gonna go and do all this stuff ignorantly and get into alot of trouble. the reason people do not want to their young children listening to things is because of te influence it will have over them when they become a teenager. so what difference does it make if i let him listen to it now or as a teenager. It's all about the relationship you have with your child. And I don't shove Tech N9ne down my son's throat. I kow he like's it if he comes in the room where the adults are and starts dancing to it. or if he snatches the ear piec off my head and starts rockin out to it or if i get on this site and the music starts to play and he starts dancin to it. so it's not as if i forced him to like it, my son likes all types of music. he listens t his father rap so what's the difference. or should i stop him from listening to his father too. then for that matter since every man in his fathers family raps he shouldn't listen to them either. and their rap is much worse than anything tech n9ne has to say. it's all about the relationship you have with your child. believe me, the things you try to hide from your child they're getting it twice behind your back with twisted infomation. And I wouldn't hide drinking or smoking or porn from my child either but when that becomes his interest I will be the first one there with the picture of fucked up lungs and people with machines for livers ad dicks with all types of stds. but music, rap music is part of his culture now. why hide it?

Your kid is gonna also have sex when he is a teen. Why not let him start watching porn now? He may also drink or smoke. Let him light up and chug down a brewsky once in a while.

but if i'm gonna let him listen to it in the future when he's a teenager then why hide it from him now. plus my son hears that shit sitting on the front porch. its just words. its just music.

Maybe the Wayne song....
Fuck you guys. My daughter is 5 and loves Tech and Kaliko. You just gotta pick and choose what songs are ok. If you think psycho bitch is ok then you are dumb. But songs like Low, This ring, The Rain, etc..... Just cant be an idiot. But you also cant assume people are bad parents because their kids like Tech.
I didn't say that. The girl said she let her child listen to whatever he wanted to listen to. That's fucked up.

and her reasoning for why she allows it is completely asinine

think wat u want. the future can only tell who's right but u shouldn't question the way i raise my child. i am the only one who was in labor for 26 hrs with him so i know what is best for my child.

OK I guess i just skimmed over it the 1st time. This 1 response is enough for me to side with you guys. You gotta control what they hear. It wont matter how long the labor was when the child is getting in trouble for walking around singing "I love it when you suck my dick" and not knowing any better. Or you have to teach them to be fake in public and worry about people at a very young age. Common sense.
