I cant give u the best advice because im still fighting my demons within.....I lost my mother of cancer 3-8-10 so Im dealing with that day to day....the only advice i can give is stay around POSITIVE people and not lose focus..Ive tried the professional help thing....it works to a certain extent but just do alot of activities so u dont think about it...but if ur really want tech to know how u feel pay that 100 and tell him yourself....Tech's a cool dude...he gave me information on getting into the bodyguarding celebs...i talked to him and buggs so try it and see if it works.

problem is is he isnt comin my way soon i live in the woodlands texas and he hasnt been down here since the realese of everready and the closest hes ever gotten to me is san antonio and im poor soo i couldnt make it out
so this is my only way of getting my problems to him and also im 14

Dude if your only fourteen then your gonna be cool. Things only seem hard now but thats how its supposed to be so when you get older your not a pussy. YOu should actually be happy in having to go through this because the people i know who didn't go through this shit arent as mentally tough as me. Im not saying in all cases but i think this is what makes you a man and dude its your time. So just man up and take everything with a grain of salt cause like i said. It only gets better in the long run. You may go through all kinds of shit. I was homeless and slept between 2 dumpsters for almost 3 weeks and now i can honestly say i have a nice fucking suburbia type life out of hard fucking work. Your a kid so i don't expect you to totally understand but i think you do. Just stay around a positive group of people and start working as soon as you can and keep on keeping on. Thats all there is to life besides hard times so roll with the punches and realize your okay.

Man all I can say is if u find something that helps, even just a little bit to keep it up and eventually it'll start gettin better... For example I don't normally share this but my mom died 4.5 years ago and that was before I started listening to tech, then I started listening to him n felt his pain n it helped eventually n I've told him this n so now everytime something shitty happens I just throw in a tech cd, could b anything from strange for me but tech works the best n just zone out n it helps. Not sayin listening to tech gonn help u particularly but it worked for me so find something that helps even a tiny bit n just keep It up bro keepnur head man ull b aight

If you don't get outside much i'd try that. I've battled depression my whole life so i've tried many different things. Its always good to get outside on nice days and things like that too. One thing i do know that makes it worse though is when your anxiety kicks in with it. You freak out thinking its only gonna get worse and thats when it really does. I know what worked for me may not work for you but i do know that if you battle yourself then it just gets worse. Just sit back and realize that nothing is really too hard for a human to handle if your left alive. If you can handle it now then there is no where to go but up. You'll be alright man. Get someone to talk to. Anyone. I've tried to commit suicide before and got caught before i could finish and trust me thats not something you want. I thank my wife for saving my life everyday. I would have missed my kids accomplishments and all the stuff thats really important to me. If you need anyone to get shit off your chest too man hit me up. I know i don't know you but sometimes it helps to talk to a stranger. Just be carefull dude. You've got a whole family of Strangers on here who would prolly love to talk to you. I would never want to see someone sink as low as i did in my younger days. It always gets better homey. Always. You've just got to be open to seeing it when it does get better.

I know i'm not tech but personally what i did was listen to only up beat music and watch funny movies. It took me months to pull out of it though and its still a battle everyday to not slip back into it though. Comedy and positive music though is what helps me control it.

man i feel like shit to for 29 day and i been to the docters they say theres nuthing wrong with me i think i am going through depressed shit ive been thinking about all my loved ones and shit my grandpa that i dident get to know that passed away and my other grandpa that passed away and my niece and nephew that passed shits crazy then the panic attacks i keep so im kind of going through the same thing but will see if u can talk to tech shit i wish i could

Your 14, thats pretty much normal for people your age, get outside more, might help, and good luck on tech actualy replying to this, hes a musician not a psychiatrist.
