honestly.. i dont like mayday at all.. i loved scatterman and snug brim.. but im from kc so i like the more gangsta hardcore shit..  i was with stevie stone when new kid comin dropped.. love lynch, jay rock and bleed.. never listened to prozak or cognito.. i like kutt and kalikos first two albums were dope.. honestly tech needs to bring in some old school flavor... classic features and midwest beats..

the artists i listen to on strange
Tech n9ne
Brotha lynch
Krizz Kaliko
and Stevie Stone.
Kutt Calhoun i only like when he's on stage with tech and krizz, but for some reason i cant get into his solo stuff.
Prozak, the only song i like by him is american princess.
and as for jay rock, mayday, and everyone else who has been on strange, i get bored listening to.

Agreed - but at the same time, tech HAS introduced me to a lot of good music. out of all the artists sm has signed, theres only a couple i dont really listen to.

Regarding this comment... I don't think Strange promotes their artists enough as it is for it to be some underhanded scheme lol. A tweet by a P.R. that handles promotional shit and a couple pics scattered in obscure locations on his sites lol.

QUESTION: To all TRTN Members: How many of you buy SM CD's just because there is a snake and bat on the cover?

 

so how can you tell who buys it cuz they like it and who buys it cuz they're a stan? and why is it that you care what other people spend their money on anyway? and why are you "laughing at everyone" when you clearly have issues yourself. whats so wrong in your life you have to constantly talk down to others?

and are you saying you've never bought a cd some1 else told you was dope? if you answer no you're a liar. 

and when you make comments like this, is why people laugh at you.

im not stickin up for tech, your post reads very san francisco-ish

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL ok kid. Way to take my post way too seriously lmfao. Nobody buys a cd "just cuz there is a snake and bat" on the cover. Since you couldn't get the obvious reference, I was saying a lot of people on here buy every album Strange puts out, simply because its Strange Music. I've seen PLENTY of posts on here from people who say they buy every album that Strange puts out, sometimes even if they don't even like the artist. When did I ever say I care what people spend their money on? I could care less if someone wants to buy every Strange album. It's just funny to me, thats why I laugh. LOL @ "when you clearly have issues yourself" acting like you know me lolololol. I can say I have never bought a CD cuz a friend told me it was good. I always check out someone's music before I buy an album. Welcome to the 21st century goon. Get owned kid, cry a little more next time.

But this needed to be said. Far too many stans afraid to have an opinion on a song/artists quality if, like Cole said, there's a Snake and Bat on the cover. As a tip for Stans who have just had their world shaken to the core: Start with critiquing Prozak and Scoob, try to find flaws, things you don't like, things that you feel could be different and/or improved. Work your way up the ladder and one day you'll be like the rest of us actual fans that can critique an artist we have a level of expectation for which is why we are fans in the first place. Good luck Stanleys, spread your wings :')

5000 sold or 5 million, its always about $$$$. and some people will tell you the best advertising is "word of mouth" and if tech is spreadin the word, then thats better than any billboard or magazine ad or commercial. sales will definitely take a hit if this news goes big.

Eh, well I mean that just goes back to my over all opinion that if people don't like it they shouldn't buy it. And if they're prepared to not buy something under the speculation that Tech doesn't like it, then that's just as bad as them buying anything he puts his name to.
