Don't know if anybody knew, but Weezy mentions Tech in "Weezy Baby" in Tha Carter 2.

I am not a big fan of lil wayne, but dude can make a hot track from time to time. To say you would stop Listening to Tech for that reason is stupid, Yall dont relize just cause yall dont like wayne dose not mean that Tech isnt a fan. It might be a dream Callab for Tech, so if he wants it, I am all for it. Here is a sample of what maybe a song with them to together would sond like

exactly, fuck the industry. dont do things like the industry. the industry wont accept tech because its main fans havent accepted him. were just like the industry by saying fukk wayne hes no good lets not give him the chance to spit with tech. the goal of the rap game is fame. and collabing with wayne will no doubt only help tech blow up.
