B Double E did this in KC and got on the hot 8 at 8 many days in a row just by telling ppl on his FB to call 103 and request his song. Pick a day a few weeks away, make a FB group with hiphop stations in each city and their phone numbers, then the day of the phone bomb message everyone in the FB group and remind them to call the stations.
