"Hey, you, hope you, have-uh, happy fuckin, ?seventeen? festival, bitch, yeah, n9ne" the "?seventeen?" part is what it sounds like but it's the only thing I couldn't understand....if thats what he actually said then the only thing I can think about is him saying somethin' about his daughter lol..but that's irrelevant to the song so maybe it's about a musical festival the mainstream industry has and he's saying "have a good time, fuck off!" to it lol.
