It was not. It was on disney at first then got taken off the shelves then it was on island.

It should be credited as indie because they did all the promo and shit themselves because labels basically anally raped them for money but it's technically not indie.

They were on Hollywood, which is a branch of Disney. So he is right. They had TONS of promo, Island PAID for a Documentary for ICP to be shown on MTV, Seen the Shockumentary? Ya, that was meant to get people to find out about ICP... It was an island promo. They were not even CLOSE to Indie when that went plat. Or with Jeckel Bros.
