I'm gonna be honest; the reason we know that Tech is not about the fortune and fame is because he DIDN'T change the way his style was between then and now with the exception of him just being a damn fool. Honestly, everyone's look changes after a while (other than people who have a gimmick behind their look, or who are just plain unoriginal), but with Tech, nothing has changed about him: he's just opening up more than ever, like with 808 Bendin', he's showing what people he listens to in music and is putting his own twist on it.
