We live in the past, literally. The time it takes for your brain to perceive the "present" actually took place 80 milliseconds ago. We never technically experience living in the present. And the taller you are, the further back in time you live.

Oh please cry about it son, it's a fucking internet forum. If I came off as not understanding the bar after clearly stating multiple times early on that I knew the definition to each word in the line and what he was attempting to achieve then there's truly no feasible way of helping you understand at that point. You both took what was an opinion relating to corny structure and lack of substance and tried turning it into a pointless debate of the English language and lit. That's not my fault and as I said I expected to ruffle some feathers (which was successful) so mission accomplished. Thank you very much.

You both can go off on a tangent of debate of grammar, poetry, and the English language. It's truly indifferent to me. As I mentioned in my first post, I was expecting a wall a flaming following my remark. It's completely fine with me and I encourage it. Honestly think about the line you're trying to defend. My examples are in no way, shape, or form different than the line used in the song. I'm not claiming that it's unacceptable to use such a structure within a bar, especially when pertaining to Hip Hop. There isn't confined limits within music and an artist is free to do whatever he chooses while writing his verse. That doesn't mean I have to agree with it and I'm completely entitled to my opinion in claiming it's whack. I've stood by that original standpoint and I will continue to. My intention of the post wasn't to debate semantics and go back and forth over what is an acceptable form of poetry and what is not. If you actually took the time to read the words I was typing you'd actually see quite the opposite. I was openly stating that Tech N9ne's recent material has lacked the substance, depth, and message (how many times must I make this apparent lmao) especially while looking at the example provided in the song "E.B.A.H.". I then left it in the hands of the stans (luckily the ALPHA-STAN in Siikez was in hot pursuit of this ploy) to defend the song and negate an opinion solely on the basis that theirs differs. Congratulations you've been officially played as a hoe.

Alright Slim Strange you seem to have forgotten how this started. Below this is what you said.

Money Motivated Mishap Asmodeus Monikers Mended

Um... What?
Sure he was able to consecutively flip six "M" based syllables within one bar. However he did not even make a complete legible sentence (or thought if you will). - Slim Strange

So once I finished the read I figured this guy doesn't either understand the words in that order or his poetry. I assumed (Mistake) that you just didn't understand them in that order so I helped you but then you said this.

For instance if Lil Wayne were to rap...
Moolah Mission's Mountainous Martian Money Mah-Nigga

People would more than likely stake the claim that it was complete garbage (and justly so). But when Tech N9ne throws up pointless bars that make minimal to zero sense just for the sake of rhyming and maintaining a concurrent flow of syllables beginning with the same letter then it makes it okay? - Slim Strange

I then knew that you didn't and apparently still don't know your poetry all that well. So I helped you again and boom where here, square one. Even with Siikez giving you a hand you where just to ugly when it comes to being wrong.

The moral to this post? Well im glad you asked. Let us not digress, lets maintain a straight path.

PS: Thats it, you don't have to go on a huge English rant. Its a acceptable line to poetry. All thats left is if the listener enjoyed what the artist said. And that form of poetry is called "alliteration".

Ignore him, he's one of those people that utterly refuse the idea of being wrong. He would try to justify any mistake he made as long as he gets to stick to his guns. As you can see, he still says it lacks substance, even when I told him, with proof of the law of language that it does. But nope, he won't admit it :( A kitten dies every time he chooses pride over intellect.

Completely hilarious, you even contradict yourself in this while on the flipside speaking of the law of language. Lol I put you on blast for not being able to hold an valid conversation with intellect in the slightest on chat and then you go out of your way to emphasize the fact that you are indeed intellectual. Like I already revealed, you are merely a puppet. A bobble head who's not capable of your own independent thought or opinion. Thus I don't know why I'm even addressing you any further. Consider me gracing this with a response as my last gift to you in light of the fact that in your attempt to negate your epic loss you made me chuckle and that my friend is worth every letter typed lolololololol. Now please continue on in your defeat while I continue to clown on you between laughing fits.

I agree with Slim that overall Tech N9nes new music is lacking any real meaning or substance.  Any substance in ANY of his new music is just repetitive substance that we have all heard a thousand times now.  And I also agree with Slim that Tech N9nes bullshit needs to be called out, so we don't continue to receive Bullshit as new music from him. But i think Slim is totally 100 percent wrong in this entire debate.  FACT Slim your contradicting yourself all over in this thread you picked the absolute worst line to try and quote as an example of why his music is falling off....you pretty much picked the only line with any substance to argue that he doesn't have substance...smh   Thanks for the entertainment Siikez.

You're welcome. Someone has to liven this place up when someone like him brings the tone down. Despite all the troll accounts that 'suddenly' come out of the workshop when Slim needs a bit of defending, you're right. Prepare yourself for a paragraph reply of repeated foolishness from BottledMindFrame (Slim Strange)
