I think the song is well put together. Love the song references. The only solid complaint I feel q has is that tech pushes so much out a year that is a bit rushed. I agree, but despite being thrown together in a few months wts is amazing.
Dude says he handed tech his cd and he stole his title and song word for word.
Its interesting to note that the only other time I've heard of q strange is a diss song about skrapz.

I actually like the track, for a diss track i think it was successful, I mean, I obviously don't condone the dissing of Tech but I think if this were about, idk... let's say First Degree The D.E., a lot of people would be all on the dudes dick. And all the stans on this site please don't accuse me of heresy, I'm just sayin', the dude sounds like he's probably got good material, if I wasn't a die-hard Technician I'd probably jam it. I like the beat, he's got good flow, but on a side note.... I think as an overall artist, Tech is easily in the top 10, if not top 5 now and of all time, but that's my opinion. as a straight up lyricist though? nahh, Tech doesn't even come close, I doubt he'd be in the Top 25 or even Top 50. his strong points are flow, emotion, delivery, his intricate rhyme schemes, originality, etc. but if his lyrics were put up against a lot of rappers he'd fall subpar.
this, that Fuck Food line actually got me like "damn, nigga just told Tech!" haha

To be fair here, anyone who disses DE gets props from me, even if the shit is going to suck. DE is a fuckhead, plain and simple.

As for the diss, it's well done. Although this guy just can't come out and pretend like he isn't/wasn't a fan of Tech's music then got all butthurt with the idea of sharing content. I mean, he knows a little too much about Tech to pretend like he just heard 6s and 7s. In any case, I hope he does not think "Strangeland" is his and his only, cause he's a musician.

p.s. There is a move from the late 90s called Strangeland, on top of all the other conspiracies you can put out about this. I wonder if they are going to start dissing the movie cause it has the same name......or something just as stupid. It's stupid beef like this that takes shit out of hand and prevents people from doing anything productive other than going back and forth over some bullshit. Wasn't there another guy around the release of 6s and 7s that was all hurt about tech using cult leader or something? C'mon, just get over it and move on.

Yeah, Ill Bill got upset cuz Tech used the name "Cult Leader" for a song, I remember that. There was a pretty big thread on how shit like song titles can never belong to a single artist except for obvious shit like "Here Comes Tecca N9nna" or "Real Slim Shady" hah. Like, I kinda understand Q Strange's gripe with Tech, but on the otherhand Tech's had the idea for Strange Music (and EGN Arts back with Quincy Jones) since like fuckin' 1997/'98 so it's not that outrageous for him to call his realm "Strangeland"
