I pick Tech because his lyrics are fuckin' amazing, and his flow is by far better than 2Pac's. A lot of people think they're obligated to say 2Pac's the best, though. That's one of the reasons why I posted this topic, to challenge that.

Pac is way more influential..a lot of people even think he belongs with the rest of historical black figures in history. But lyrically...I could see why somebody would say Tech is, I won't argue with that. But I gotta go with Pac...Smoke said Pac said Tech is the best...but Jordan said that Magic was the best too...doesn't mean that Magic necessarily was...

2Pac wasnt exactly a great lyricist but he was a great artist if that makes sense. There will never be anybody like 2Pac. Ever!! And there will never be anybody like Tech N9ne. To me Tech is a way better lyricist than 2Pac ever was and I leave it at that. Two of the greatest people in hiphop.....period!!

I think they are both very good but its hard to say who is better because their styles are completely different to me. They both are very influential and talented in their own ways to me.

Tupac, like Tech N9ne, both wrote and performed the music they wanted to put out, they have very different styles but the message is still the same " I don't give a fuck" what you think..Too me thats what sets them apart on the surface.
When it comes too lyrical talent and delivery, I hands down give it the N9ne becuase he has created complex and unique style that 99% of other artists envy...Tupac was always very straight forward with his delivery and most tracks carried the same style through out. I love them both...hahah fuck trying to pick one, when I can listen to both of them!!!

there equal, tech and pac are my very faves, kinda cant compare the 2, there way different, but still kinda the same, they tell there stories different, but wut makes them both the best is they talk bout real life shit we all can relate 2, not bling, and shit that means shit, 2 me there both the best at wut they do and they way they do it, i could never pick one over the other, but i could pick both over all of hip-hop, no problem!
