“The beats sound nothing like anything you’ve ever heard me on. The features that I’m going for are something you would never imagine. All I can say about it now is that it’s a very human album. What I mean by that is that it’s contradictory. On one song I say, ‘The saint is ours’, like we’re in the saint’s corner and then I have another song called ‘I’m Not A Saint’. It’s so beautiful because the King, the Clown, and the G are still present on this album.
There’s no apologies in what I’m saying. I don’t mind that it contradicts itself because that’s what people do. The album is everywhere. It feels like it’s Hell, Purgatory and Heaven all over again. I’m telling stories that I’ve never told – that I was afraid to tell on some songs. It’s super personal and I’ve got a big chip on my shoulder again. It’s always been there, but it’s getting bigger having to prove to fans and critics that we ain’t goin’ nowhere.” -Tech N9ne from SM blog 2/8/13
"Tech was literally dancing in his seat with excitement about the new album and some of the featured artists on it. He couldn’t say who they were, but he did explain that the album will be broken up into three distinct sections — Fire, Water and Earth.
Fire, Tech said, will have darker tracks, but the CD will finish with a heavenly theme in the Earth portion.
“I’ve got some heavenly ‘We Are The World’ shit on this album, swear to God,” Tech said.
As for Water, Tech said he hasn’t quite decided, but possible themes might be partying or confusion." -DailyWIldCat.com 3/29/13

Damn Alex, pretty early for this thread don't ya think? lol, I know we have a little bit of info on it, but it's cool. Seriously though, where is this Em rumored for Psycho Bitch III coming from? The only way I see that happening is if Brotha Lynch is on it too, or maybe that's just wishful thinking, but I'd rather there not be another Psycho Bitch song 'n Em just be on a different track

Permalink Reply by ₡₱♛ on April 16, 2012 at 3:10am Adele can sing her ass off. I think it would be sick if Tech got her on a song, but I can't really picture them doing a track together.

Fuck that, haha.
Alex M said:Sounds like he wants Eminem on a Psycho Bitch 3. He wants to work with Jay- Z, Kanye, Adele, Nelly, Rick Ross, and everybody and their mother.
I'd be interested in each of those collaborations minus Rick Ross. When I heard his feature on Jay Rock's Follow Me Home I didn't really feel as if it hurt the overall product but I usually would just skip past his verse in all honesty. I wouldn't even want to feel the pressure to do that regarding a Tech N9ne album. I've grown to appreciate his full length LP's in part due to the fact they have incredible replay value with minimal to no segments you'd ever want to fast forward past. I'm not too fond of Lil Wayne, especially his newer content, but even his feature on All 6's And 7's wasn't completely horrible in comparison. I think that, however, would be as low as I'd be willing to tolerate. Rick Ross just wouldn't cut it for me whatsoever. Nelly is decent and has some certifiable classics under his belt. You could also say the same thing for Jay-Z respectfully. I'm not a huge fan of Adele but from what I've been able to hear she has a set of vocal chords on her so I wouldn't be opposed to giving a chorus by her a chance. Eminem almost seems to be an absolute must for me at this point truth be told. I'm chomping at the bit for this collaboration to somehow come to fruition! Also, I know this is probably a far out dream but I'd honestly like to see Tech N9ne complete a full length solo LP entirely by himself (with the exception of Krizz Kaliko's vocals) somewhat similar to Nas' Illmatic. He's never attempted this before and I think it might really push him to excel his lyrical limits. Only then, as fans, would we truly receive what we've all been waiting to hear for so long... One-hundred percent no holds barred Tech N9ne and nothing but.

Permalink Reply by Alex M on April 16, 2012 at 5:53am Stay out of it if you don't like it. I'm going to keep it updated with new info. If someone hears something new they can post it in here instead of having 3 billion threads on one simple topic about the album.

Permalink Reply by Brian Sliggs on April 16, 2012 at 6:41pm He should also try to get the whole Black Hippy crew on a Dre produced track. That would be huge.
Also, addressing the possibility of Em on PB3, yes please. Sounds like the perfect track for where Em's at in his career, the subject matter is general and familiar to him.
Permalink Reply by ЖĭϞϬ ƦΔϟŦԃ on April 16, 2012 at 7:33pm I disagree. I think his subject matter may be getting a little repetitive, but I loved most of the production from A6A7. Just like any other Tech album, I thought it was a completely different sound. WTSL had a sound that Tech is familiar with, but still very different. And Klusterfuk, although just an EP, had production that one would usually never hear Tech rap over.
And I don't know dude, I fucking love Everready. I know I'm part of the core fanbase, but in attempt to be unbiased, I truly believe that album is nearly flawless. My least favorite song is "Fuck 'Em Girl", and after years of having the album I've grown to enjoy that song as well. But other fans don't like that album at all. Musical taste is all subjective.
Living T said:
First off, I feel that Tech NEEDS a lot of huge features and he needs to reach out to more producers and not limit himself to the same sound that we've already heard so much.
His music is getting repetitive, and he's running out of subject matter. Big features will distract from that, and he won't be forced to write as much filler, so that we might actually get a classic from him (no Tech album can really be considered a hip hop classic, no matter how much we enjoy them as his core fanbase)
I'd love to see Tech get Nas, Em, Jay, Kanye, Cham, and Adele on the next album. With him already having The Doors, that would just make it even crazier.
He should also try to get the whole Black Hippy crew on a Dre produced track. That would be huge.

Permalink Reply by Charles Weis on April 16, 2012 at 8:48pm I would really like to see Tech take a whole new route with a future solo LP 'n just take us back over a decade ago when the only features were essentially Kutt 'n Kaliko. I know it's been said over 'n over, but if he could just really sit down 'n make a 13-16 track album (and when I say album, I mean ALBUM, not just an assortment of songs like A6A7 was, granted I still really liked it) with Kaliko 'n Kutty scattered throughout I could die happy. I want a Tech N9ne style Illmatic just like BMF said. It doesn't have to be his next solo LP 'n it doesn't have to be his last, but I just want it while he's in his prime lyrically and before he runs out of good concepts. But... this is all likely wishful thinking 'n will probably never happen:/
