“The beats sound nothing like anything you’ve ever heard me on. The features that I’m going for are something you would never imagine. All I can say about it now is that it’s a very human album. What I mean by that is that it’s contradictory. On one song I say, ‘The saint is ours’, like we’re in the saint’s corner and then I have another song called ‘I’m Not A Saint’. It’s so beautiful because the King, the Clown, and the G are still present on this album.

There’s no apologies in what I’m saying. I don’t mind that it contradicts itself because that’s what people do.  The album is everywhere. It feels like it’s Hell, Purgatory and Heaven all over again. I’m telling stories that I’ve never told – that I was afraid to tell on some songs. It’s super personal and I’ve got a big chip on my shoulder again. It’s always been there, but it’s getting bigger having to prove to fans and critics that we ain’t goin’ nowhere.” -Tech N9ne from SM blog 2/8/13

"Tech was literally dancing in his seat with excitement about the new album and some of the featured artists on it. He couldn’t say who they were, but he did explain that the album will be broken up into three distinct sections — Fire, Water and Earth.

Fire, Tech said, will have darker tracks, but the CD will finish with a heavenly theme in the Earth portion.

“I’ve got some heavenly ‘We Are The World’ shit on this album, swear to God,” Tech said.

As for Water, Tech said he hasn’t quite decided, but possible themes might be partying or confusion." -DailyWIldCat.com 3/29/13

Stevie Stone?

@ cp thats what im sayin theres not enough artists on strange that would fit into a choppers track.

His names Cole. It's become a trend on here to make your user name un readable.

Godemis can chop like crazy tho.

@ alex I thought that was cole from the pic lol but didn't want to say the wrong name. And on the subject of the strangeland choppers, they might could pull it off I just dont see it being a strictly choppers track, with the limited amount of choppers on strange. I also believe a track like that would fit better on a collabos album.

Agreed. Since Tech has gotten more popular there's a lot more pressure on him to make bigger solo albums, which means bigger songs. Strangeland Choppers would only appeal to the hardcore fan base and not do much to build his name beyond Strangeland and into other mixes. WWC wouldn't have made it so big without Yela/Twista/Busta, regardless of how the others did.

The original Midwest Choppers only had 4 people on it, and the second one only had three. So Tech, Kaliko, Wrek, and Rittz would be perfect.

Why not? Tech, Krizz, Wrek and Rittz at the very least could do it and MWC only had 4 people on it and was still over 6 minutes long, and by the time we would even get the track JL would likely be signed, and despite what everyone says I think Kutt can do it, even it's only 8 bars or something, but even if he didn't it'd be enough people. There's definitely enough people for a Strangeland Choppers track, if they could get Irv on it as well that'd be great. If Tech felt he belonged on Welcome To Strangeland (even though it was a bonus track) then he could (and should) get him on Strangeland Choppers.

I don't think I want a WWC2, but i think Daddy Yankee, Sno, and Luda would be badass on it. As well as Slaughterhouse. I'm a big fan and I know Crooked I and Joe Budden could do it at least. But, I don't think I wanna hear a WWC 2. WWC was a finale. Strangeland Choppers would be badass and I've thought about it for a while and still seems like a good idea to me. You'd get Tech, Krizz, Wrek, and Rittz as the longer verses, and probably Bernz, Ubi, and Godemis, as shorter ones, and then maybe Kutt and Prozak as a few lines. Not to leave out the others, but we've heard these guys do it or go close to it. And then, sure, get Irv and JL on it too. They for sure can fit on the track.

I see it's already in unconfirmed features list, but here's enough proof for it to move to confirmed:

He's a video dude for Strange (the guy from the video who lost a bet with Travis O'Guin).

I was going to pit it in confirmed and then I thought what if it's for Yas's album. I'll put it in confirmed.

Tech N9ne Speaks On R.A. The Rugged Man, ‘Holla-Loo-Yuh’, Not Giving A F*ck [VIDEO]

When it comes to emcees other than Tech N9ne that are quick-spitting, hyper-intricate, and actually have something to say, it’s pretty much impossible to leave R.A. The Rugged Man’s name out of that short list, so it comes as no surprise that the hip hop Gods eventually brought the two together. On “Holla Loo Yuh” [...]
