Sooo.. I was at the Gambino show on Wednesday night at The Beaumont in KC, and in the middle of his set, Childish turns to the side of the stage and said "show some love for my nigga TECH N9NE". As soon as he said this the crowd went crazy and tech stepped out to wave and nod. He watched another 20 minutes of the show or so from the back corner of the stage with his son and Scenario. Thought this was BADASS since these are my two favorite artists.

So the real question. How soon can we expect a collab?!!?

Have you guys listened to Royalty? It's definitely worth listening to, and might change your opinion about him. The dude's lyrics are unreal. Right now I'd say he's one of the best MC's in the game. His EP and Camp are also really good releases, I'd say lyrically his best shit comes off of his EP, but just about everything I've heard from him is fuckin dope.

Not irrelevant. His story telling, which he uses in his stand up and writing, makes him a better rapper. Plus he makes u laugh in his raps as a result

honestly, i don't think their styles match up very well. i'm sure if they worked at it, they could make something work, but i feel like one of them would have to compromise something.

Royalty<Camp.  I didn't like Royalty at all.

I don't give a fuck what his name means.  He doesn't fit with every style of rap.  In fact, he's a pretty below-average story-teller.

I liked 'The Martini' a lot, and while it was a story-telling song, Tech's story-telling isn't what made the song enjoyable.  To me at least, it was the emotion and anger you could hear in his voice when talking about his friend's death.
