I don't take this list seriously for the fact they are saying Lil B is independent.

xxl is all over Tech now so no surprise that they gave him the title. There are a lot of good names on the list, nice to see F.A.B. make it, and E-40 in the top 10. Although they did miss some big names, and i SMFH @ OFWGKTA and Lil B in the top 10

Doesn't surprize me. I can't even smoke a blunt watching mtv without seening tech on every time. And xxl has been on his nuts the last couple years. Tech has proved his point

I agree with #1....

 

Budden should be #2, Blu needs to be higher. Lil B shouldn't be on this list at all and Atmosphere is awful....

Again with Lil B...any one else find it dumb that Freeway is #30 but Lil B is in the top 10. Freeway has always been sick.
