Can't artists sue people for taking their name, or getting really close like Tech N9ne vs Tech Nine or something.

I think they can, if they choose to. That's kinda how Eminem got his name... His initals are M. and M., but to not get sued but the Mars Company that makes M&M's, he spelled it out phonetically....

Lol. Honestly I don't think our Tech really cares... Just cuz not only do WE consider him the REAL Tech N9ne, but he's in such a catagory of his own, he knows there's no competition.
