REVEALED FROM BIG SCOOB'S BLOG:

"Even though Big Scoob has taken a short break from the spotlight, he hasn’t let up in his hustle. Recently, Scoob announced to fans over Twitter that he had been working on a verse for Young Bleed, who was recently confirmed by Tech N9ne to have signed with Strange Music. Young Bleed is said to be the first act signed to Strange Music’s subsidiary, Strange Lane. Scoob would go on to also confirm Young Bleed’s status with the label, leaving no more doubt from fans. Scoob has been known to be one of the sharpest MCs when it comes to guest features, and with Young Bleed expected to release new material soon, this could only lead to big things."

Very excited to see what they end up doing with Strange Lane and how many more acts may be able to shine through this! Your thoughts? Who would you like to see possibly signed to Strange Lane?

Any more information on this sub label!?
it sounds like the equivalent to the minors in baseball....like if your good enough u get called up and release an album?
I guess you could relate it to that in a way. I know alot of people may hate this comparison but this move by Strange Music is pretty much equivalent to Cash Money Records starting up Young Money Entertainment. It provides a place for the less established talent to grow and build while maintaining the flagship label, which is top priority, at the same time.

i know that hes is signed and that the sub label is a go...but where the hell is an official announcement?
the domain for Strange Lane is bought i belive and there is a facebook and twitter. but no activity on any of them.  This was mentioned awhile back.  Interested to see where this goes.
That's what I was wondering. Seems they take their time on different aspects when it comes to making some things official. I remember seeing that interview with Tech where he said that Strange was interested in Hopsin when he was free from his Ruthless contract. I'd love to see Hop sign to Strange Lane

Check out my new book on Tech N9ne, "I'm The White Guy - The Tech N9ne Edition." You can buy it on Amazon.com and on Lulu.com. Here's a tinyurl link to the Lulu page, http://tinyurl.com/4xwbh2s.

I talk about how I've worked with and written about Tech N9ne since 2001. I wrote and produced "The Tech N9ne Experience" and "The Psychumentary" DVDs.

The book is the first in a series about my interaction with the biggest rappers on the planet.

I hope you read it. Let me know what you think.
