Strange Music's New Sub-Label Strange Lane
REVEALED FROM BIG SCOOB'S BLOG:
"Even though Big Scoob has taken a short break from the spotlight, he hasn’t let up in his hustle. Recently, Scoob announced to fans over Twitter that he had been working on a verse for Young Bleed, who was recently confirmed by Tech N9ne to have signed with Strange Music. Young Bleed is said to be the first act signed to Strange Music’s subsidiary, Strange Lane. Scoob would go on to also confirm Young Bleed’s status with the label, leaving no more doubt from fans. Scoob has been known to be one of the sharpest MCs when it comes to guest features, and with Young Bleed expected to release new material soon, this could only lead to big things."
Very excited to see what they end up doing with Strange Lane and how many more acts may be able to shine through this! Your thoughts? Who would you like to see possibly signed to Strange Lane?

I honestly know next-to-nothing about Young Bleed, but I want to see where they go with Strange Lane. I wasn't expecting it at all, but Strange has a decent amount of artists now.
I'm not sure if Ces Cru would get signed here or on the main label though.

I think this line-up would be fuckin sick if they all got signed.

-Irv Da Phenom,
-Mystikal,
-Craig Smith,
-Hopsin,
-Blind Fury
& I dont really know what the hold up with Prozak is but I really wish he would drop his album now. After hearing the snippets and the couple tracks he released this year it made me realize how tight it would be if Prozak was collabing with strange artists. I really wish he was on the newer strange albums it would add a lil twists to everything.
What do you guys think who els do you think they should sign if I 4GOT ANY.

I think the delay for Prozak is mostly because of his directing. I think he said he's still signed to Strange though, which I don't remember him leaving, but they hardly talk about him. And he said he's on a higher level lyrically now.
And I really want them to sign Hopsin, Craig Smith, Ces Cru, and even Blind Fury from the little I've heard from him. Irv has his own label and likes it like that and still collaborates on almost every Strange album and tour.
Idk if they'd sign Grant Rice. He's one of the best, but they didn't years ago and doesn't seem like they would now. Does he still release any tracks or anything? He has great rhythm, lyrics, and voice.

That and "Draw The Line" are great examples of his great rhythm, beats, and chorus. Empire is one of the best-sounding albums I think.
